2. Description of Services

Pull & Throw BJJ offers an online Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu learning platform, including video lessons, educational materials, and certifications. The services are provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

3. Registration and Account

To access exclusive content, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed on your account. False or misleading information may result in account termination.

4. Plans and Payments

Subscription plans are billed in advance with automatic renewal. Prices may be changed with 30 days' prior notice. Cancellation can be done at any time, with access maintained until the end of the paid period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including videos, texts, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and belongs to Pull & Throw BJJ or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or transmission of content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

By using the platform, you agree to: not share your access credentials, not record or download content without authorization, not use the content for commercial purposes, not attempt to access restricted areas of the system, and not interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

8. Disclaimer

The Jiu-Jitsu techniques demonstrated in the videos are for educational purposes. The practice of martial arts involves inherent risks. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any training program. Pull & Throw BJJ is not responsible for injuries resulting from the practice of the techniques.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Curitiba, PR.
